Article 2 of Law No. 2011-2012 of December 29, 2011 on strengthening the health safety of medicines and health products (known as the Bertrand Law) introduced a new article into the Public Health Code (CSP). L. 1453-1 which sets up a publication by industrialists in the health products sector of their links of interest with nine categories of health actors (French-style "Sunshine Act").
In accordance with the terms of Article L. 1453-1 of the Public Health Code, ACTEON® puts on line, on the single public website "health transparency", the personal data which must be made public within the framework of the transparency.
All information made public by ACTEON® complies with the regulatory provisions in force. Anyone whose information is the subject of publication on the single public website may exercise their right to rectify information concerning them by contacting us at the following address: info@acteongroup.com
On the other hand, it is not possible for it to exercise a right of opposition to the collection, processing, or publication of this data, insofar as the transparency mechanism is made compulsory by law.
ACTEON® undertakes to keep personal data for a period that does not exceed that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected or processed.
